During your visit, everything will be thoroughly explained and we will give you objective, easy to understand clinical advice to guide you to the best options available to help you.

You will only ever see the same highly qualified audiologist throughout your journey with us. For routine servicing of hearing aids you may see our friendly Clinical Assistant Lucy.

Also, you won’t be left wondering what’s next. Effective aftercare is key to our practice, and we ensure you know how we review and follow up after your appointment.

We are here to reassure you and will help with any questions, issues or concerns as required.
